Kitchen Porters

We are looking for part time and full time kitchen porters to join our busy kitchen team. 

The ideal candidate must be reliable and hardworking. No experience necessary, full training will be given. 

Your own transport is necessary due to location of hotel.

Chef

We are currently looking to employ a chef to join our team in this fast paced, fresh food kitchen. The candidate must have previous experience in a similar position working in a busy kitchen, a drive and passion for food. The main roles of the positions are:

• Working with the kitchen team to help maintain a well run and happy working environment

• Ensure all food safety standards are maintained at all times

• Ensure excellent food hygiene is observed from storage through to preparation and service

• Ensure HACCP compliance within the kitchen

Front of House Staff

We are looking for full time bar staff and waitressing staff to join our busy team. 

The ideal candidate must be reliable and hardworking and a team player. Experience preferable but not essential as full training will be given. 

Competitive pay above minimum wage, weekly pay every Friday.
